The high-strength wear-resistant castable is made of special cement, wear-resistant steel grit, and chemical additives, and has the characteristics of fast solidification, high strength, and wear resistance. It is widely used in coal mines, power plants, steel mills, cement plants, coking plants, coal unloading chutes, hoppers, chutes and other wear-resistant concrete and wear-resistant layer projects.
Features
1. Early strength, early setting, 20-30 minutes for initial setting in summer, 3 hours for final setting, winter generally 4-6 hours for final setting, one-day compressive strength reaches 40MPa and the final compressive strength is above 65MPa.
Scope of application
1. Coal mine infrastructure projects; hoppers, chutes, gangue silos, and other internal wear-resistant layers.
2. Power plant infrastructure projects; coal unloading chute, coal hopper, coal storage bunker, water treatment and other inner wall wear-resistant layers.
3. Steel-making plants, sintering plants, infrastructure projects, blast furnace mixing silos, sintering silos, sedimentation tanks, slag ditch and other concrete wear-resistant layers and high-temperature ground water treatment protective layers.
4. Cement plant infrastructure projects; clinker warehouse, raw material warehouse, homogenization warehouse. Wear-resistant layer on the inner wall of funnels, etc.
5. Coking plant, calcium carbide plant, oxygen plant and various chemical storage projects. The inner wall of the silo, hopper, and batching ore trough.
6. Roadway engineering of hydropower station; concrete wear-resistant layer of spillway tunnel, flow tunnel and overflow surface.

Construction method
1. Chiseling the base surface, removing loose animals, pre-burying plum nails, and laying steel mesh.
2. Mixing: add 13-15 clean water to 100 kg of dry material, stir for 2-3 minutes, then use 50℃ warm water in winter.
3. Curing for 2-3 days after completion of construction
