Castables Series（JYC）

We obtained a rich castable product system, which can be divided into silicon, clay, high aluminum, corundum and silicon carbide, etc. in terms of material quality; high strength, wear resistance, acid resistance and heat insulation, etc. in terms of function and performance; and there are also various construction methods, such as pouring, spraying and coating. Meanwhile, the pouring construction can be divided into common pouring, vibration pouring and self-flow pouring, etc.; the spray construction can be divided into dry method, semi-dry method and various methods. The volume density ranges from 0.5 to 3.0g/cm3, and the alumina content can reach greater than 95%. It is applicable to various industrial furnaces, pipes, burner and other lining parts that need fire resistance, heat preservation and insulation in metallurgy, petrochemical, cement, power generation, environmental protection equipment and other industries.
