Spray Refractory Series（JYG）

Our spraying product system can be divided into high strength, wear resistance, acid resistance, heat insulation, etc. from the function and performance; spraying and smearing construction. Spraying construction is divided into dry method, semi-dry method, wet method and other methods. The volume density ranges from 0.5 to 3.0g/cm3, and the alumina content can reach more than 95%. It is suitable for various industrial furnaces, pipes, burners and other lining parts that require fire resistance, heat preservation and heat insulation in various industries such as metallurgy, petrochemical, cement, power generation, environmental protection equipment, etc. The advantages of spray coating: simple construction, no need to support templates during construction, fast construction speed, low baking requirements, and not easy to burst; disadvantages: the sprayed material has a relatively large porosity, and its strength is lower than that of castables and plastics.
